stop smoking book alan carr
how is everyone doing that stopped smoking?

im doing ok reading the Alan Carr book since yesterday already only smoked 7 cigs today usually i would be on a 2nd pk of 20 by now ill be off them totally in no time hopefully

I enjoy smoking and drinking and for the life of me cant tell you why it feels so good.
